Prepare for the NPTE-PTA with comprehensive practice exams designed to reflect the structure, content distribution, and clinical reasoning demands of the official exam. Build your knowledge, clinical reasoning, pacing, and test-day endurance through realistic practice across the major NPTE-PTA content areas.

Practice exams are available in two formats:

1. 35-question section sets: Choose from 16 unique sections, each timed at 60 minutes, for focused practice across the NPTE-PTA content areas. Completing all 16 sections provides the equivalent of four full-length exams while allowing you to break your practice into more manageable sessions.
2. Full-length 140-question exam: Complete four 35-question sections within a 4-hour time limit to simulate the pacing, endurance, and decision-making required across a full NPTE-PTA exam.

Across both formats, you’ll encounter image-based and video-based questions, along with case study sets that require you to interpret patient information and apply clinical reasoning across a connected scenario.

Questions follow the fourteen categories of FSBPT's PTA content outline:

1. Body systems: Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Systems, Musculoskeletal System, Neuromuscular & Nervous Systems, Integumentary System, Metabolic & Endocrine Systems, Gastrointestinal System, Genitourinary System, Lymphatic System, and System Interactions
2. Nonsystems: Equipment, Devices, & Technologies; Therapeutic Modalities; Safety & Protection; Professional Responsibilities; and Research & Evidence-Based Practice

Questions are structured to reflect the content balance of the NPTE-PTA, reinforcing both broad clinical knowledge and your ability to apply that knowledge to patient care scenarios.

After completing a section or full-length exam, you’ll receive detailed performance feedback by category, along with associated chapter titles to guide focused review. This helps you identify areas for improvement, reinforce weaker content areas, and track your progress as you prepare for exam day.
