Practice exams
Our MCAT course is now in "early access" - get 50% off for a limited time.

Achievable includes 3+ full-length MCAT practice exams

You'll find each of the four MCAT exam sections represented three times independently so that you can choose to do all three versions of just a particular section, or combine one of each of the four segments to simulate a standard full-length exam.

  • CARS - The Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills Section draws from various areas of humanities and social sciences and contains 10 passages and 53 multiple-choice questions. All questions are answerable using only the information presented in the passages. The section time is 90 minutes.
  • Psych/Soc - The Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior Section includes 10 passages that provide some of the information needed to answer questions, combined with your own external knowledge from introductory levels of psychology, sociology, and related biology content. There are 44 passage-based multiple-choice questions plus 15 independent (discrete) multiple-choice questions. The section time is 95 minutes.
  • Chem/Phys - The Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems Section includes 10 passages with 44 multiple-choice questions plus 15 independent (discrete) multiple-choice questions based on introductory biology and physics, general and organic chemistry, and first-semester biochemistry. The section time is 95 minutes.
  • Bio/Biochem - The Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems Section includes 10 passages with 44 multiple-choice questions plus 15 independent (discrete) multiple-choice questions based on first-semester biochemistry, introductory biology, and small amounts of related general and organic chemistry. The section time is 95 minutes.

Each section is scored 118-132.

The total MCAT score range is 472-528.

Taking practice tests back-to-back or too close together isn't the most effective use of your time or the best way to improve. Make sure to give yourself enough time to thoroughly review any mistakes, address the underlying content or test-taking habits they reveal, and make meaningful progress before taking another practice test to measure improvement.
