Prepare for the AP Statistics exam with full-length practice exams that mirror the format, timing, and content of the official test. Our exams use dynamic question templates, meaning many questions generate new numerical values, datasets, graphs, and scenarios each time you take them. While we have enough core content for at least three complete exams, the dynamic system creates fresh versions of many questions—so you can practice repeatedly without seeing the exact same test. A graphing calculator is permitted on both the multiple-choice and free-response sections of the AP Statistics exam.
Covers the full range of AP Statistics topics, including exploring data, sampling and experimentation, probability, and statistical inference. Questions assess your ability to interpret data, analyze statistical results, reason with distributions, and apply statistical methods in context. This section is timed at 90 minutes and accounts for 50% of your total exam score.
Assesses your ability to apply statistical concepts, communicate clear reasoning, justify conclusions, and interpret results in context. This section is divided into two parts:
Focuses on core statistical skills across multiple topics, including collecting data, exploring data, probability and sampling distributions, and inference, along with questions that combine multiple skill areas. Questions are structured in multipart format and emphasize showing your work and clearly explaining your reasoning. This part is timed at 65 minutes and accounts for 37.5% of your total exam score.
An investigative task that integrates multiple statistical concepts in a deeper, often less structured scenario, emphasizing synthesis, strategic thinking, and clear communication of statistical reasoning in context. This part is timed at 25 minutes and accounts for 12.5% of your total exam score.
